One on One Coaching
Per session pricing or 12 Session Package
Individual health coaching sessions entail personalized coaching sessions designed to support lasting change. Sessions occur weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. Together, we will take a small step approach with weekly goals that will move you closer to your vision of best health. A minimum of three months of coaching is recommended.
Micro-Session
A micro-session can be viewed as a one time power session. Micro-sessions are beneficial to those who have a general idea of what they would like to focus on and are confident in pursuing their goals independently. Sessions are up to 90 minutes.
Follow Up Sessions
Follow up sessions are designed for those who have completed the coaching process and are interested in following up with additional coaching.
Workplace Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness - 6 Week Course
This six week course is designed for employers who are interested in helping their employees better manage workplace stress. Employees gain an understanding of the negative impacts of stress on overall health, and learn how to incorporate mindfulness practices to help combat stressful situations. Course is offered once a week for 6 consecutive weeks.
