How does the coaching process work?
You know you better than anyone else! The coach/client relationship is a partnership which allows you to be equally involved in the decision making process throughout your coaching journey. Together, we will explore what is important to you regarding the lifestyle changes you are interested in making.
We engage in open, honest, non-judgmental conversations.
We take a holistic approach and engage conversations that consider all areas of your health and wellness.
We track your weekly progress and I serve as an accountability partner as you learn to navigate behavior change on your own.
I will provide appropriate resources for your health and wellness goals as needed.
Coaching sessions are conducted under complete confidentiality.
Health coaches are behavior change specialists. Health coaches do not provide specific recommendations as dietitians or personal trainers would do. Our time together will be dedicated to understanding the process of behavior change through goal setting and a small step approach allowing you to reach the positive lifestyle changes you desire.
